Steven Marusky, a lifelong Mercer County resident, has over 36 years of experience in the real estate industry. Throughout his career he has successfully completed transactions in a variety of facets of commercial real estate including the sale and leasing of office, industrial, retail and investment properties, identifying business opportunities and analysis, land sales and land development and has even served as a principal in land development projects.
He kicked off his career in 1979 after receiving his New Jersey real estate salesperson license. As a residential sales agent affiliated with a leading company in Mercer County, NJ, he was the recipient of the New Jersey Million Dollar Sales Award for multiple years. In 1986, he transitioned into working exclusively in commercial real estate. That same year he earned his GRI designation after graduating from the New Jersey Realtors Institute and then obtained his real estate broker’s license in New Jersey in 1987.
In 1989, only three years after making the jump into commercial real estate, he was recognized as Realtor Associate of the Year by the Mercer County Board of Realtors. He also received Sales Associate of the Year honors at his firm for several years running.
Steven is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) having earned the prestigious designation in 1989. This designation is awarded to those who undergo rigorous coursework, complete a comprehensive exam and submit a completed portfolio of closed real estate transactions to demonstrate the depth of their commercial real estate experience. He also went on to acquire his Pennsylvania real estate broker’s license in 1998 and his Florida real estate salesperson license in 2008.
Most recently, Steven was the Director of Commercial Properties at R.A. Weidel Realtors Inc. in Pennington, NJ. His duties included the hiring and training of commercial real estate agents, in addition to the sale and leasing of office, industrial, retail and investment properties.
He is a member of the Tri-State Commercial Board of Realtors, the New Jersey Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Steven currently resides in Hamilton, NJ and in his spare time enjoys playing golf, spending time at the beach and traveling to Florida.

Jeffrey Williams was born in Jersey City and grew up in Holmdel, NJ. Jeffrey attended Tulane University in New Orleans, LA and received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics in 1986. This is where he met his wife Bryna, who he has been married to since 1989. They also have a ten year old son named Zachary. In 2010, Jeffrey received his New Jersey Real Estate license and joined Richardson Commercial and he intends to pursue his appraisal license in the near future.
Jeff spent the past eleven years prior to joining Richardson Commercial Realtors as the IT Director at the Hun School of Princeton. Jeff managed the school’s computer network and systems and was responsible for managing employees within the IT Department. Prior to the Hun School, Jeff worked as an area developer for Manhattan Bagel of New England. He was responsible for selling franchises, supporting ongoing franchise operations, opening Manhattan Bagel stores and maintaining relationships between franchisees and the parent company.
Jeff has been a volunteer coach for his sons various athletic teams, including baseball, soccer, and basketball. He enjoys traveling, golf and participating in athletic events.
In memory of Michael Pratico Sr.
Until his passing in March 2022, Michael J. Pratico was the Managing Member and Chief Executive Officer of Richardson Commercial Realtors and its affiliate companies Lexington Appraisal Group and Richardson Management Group. Mr. Pratico directed the activities of one of the most well known commercial and industrial real estate firms in Central New Jersey and parts of eastern Pennsylvania. He was one of the founders of Richardson Commercial Realtors. With over three decades in the industry, he was involved in every aspect of real estate including land planning and development, construction, ownership, valuation, consulting, sale, leasing and management of various property types including office and flex buildings, parks and campuses and community shopping centers.
Included among Pratico’s professional associations, memberships and affiliations are National Association of Realtors, TriState REALTORS® Commercial Alliance as one of their Members, a general associate member of the Appraisal Institute and a designated member of NAR as a General Accredited Appraiser. Mr. Pratico was also the holder of the GRI designation (Graduate of the Realtor’s Institute). He was the former Vice President of the NJ Chapter of the Realtors Land Institute and a NJ Condemnation Commissioner.
Michael J. Pratico attended numerous seminars, courses, conferences and conventions on real estate brokerage, appraisal, land use and the development on all forms of real estate. Mr. Pratico held a real estate broker’s license in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and was a certified general appraiser in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Mr. Pratico was involved with many civic and charitable organizations throughout his career. He lived with the philosophy that we must give back to the community.
Mr. Pratico was married to his wife Judy and has two sons. Michael Jr. is an executive with Columbia Bank and was an instrumental part of the Richardson Companies. His younger son Joseph is an executive with Verizon.
